Karat was Adopted!

We adopted Karat who was formally known as Carrie in January 2009. We discovered Karat on the OOTP website and immediately fell in love with her.

Karat has made a wonderful addition to our family. After having Karat with us for a little over a year and a half she has truly developed into her own character. She loves to be outside whether it is lying in the sun, going on a quick run, digging holes, or chasing her favorite balls down in the tennis courts. She also loves playing with all of her cousins and cuddling any chance she gets. We couldn’t imagine what life would be like if we didn’t have Karat around. Thank you OOTP!

Thank you, Amy and Tony

Izzy was Adopted!

Izzy is such a bundle of energy, and so smart! She is aware of everything around her, and not at all scared or nervous about whatever she encounters.  I mean to say that she seems to have that sense of respect for things she knows she cannot dominate! She has such a healthy inquisitiveness about everything, and she learns so fast.  She definitely has our hearts and I know we have hers.  She is such a sweetie, and such an abundance of personality!   We have been telling everyone about OOTP and hope that people respond! She is so beautiful - in her perfect looks to her courageous heart and spirit.

She is always happy, and it is a wonderful thing! I knew when I saw her that day, that she would be a part of our family, and she has been since and will always be our Izzy.

As we have known for some time, Pit Bulls are awesome family dogs, and no matter what anyone may have thought of them in the past, they deserve to have a loving home in which to show how awesome they truly are.
