Fix-A-Bull Application

The Out of the Pits Fix-A-Bull Spay-Neuter Program promotes and provides free and low cost spay and neuter services for Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes in the Albany/Capital District region of New York in an effort to prevent the unnecessary killing of Pit Bulls due to overpopulation. We offer this special program for Pit Bulls because it is estimated that 1 in every 4 dogs killed at shelters is a Pit Bull or Pit Bull mix.

The Fix-A-Bull Program was created to help owners that want to spay or neuter their Pit Bull, but do not have the resources to do so.

To qualify, fill out and submit our online application and email a photo to spayneuter@outofthepits.org. Or print the application and mail it to the address listed below. Once your application is approved, you will receive instructions and an S-N voucher. Any services beyond the spay-neuter surgery will be at the owners expense.
